Barbie has successfully completed her ETDP with City and Guilds, as well as a Programme in Human Resources Management with UNISA, specializing in Training in Development. She is an accredited assessor and has been in the training and development industry since 2002. She has an immense amount of experience and knowledge as a trainer and facilitator at all levels of an organization.

Charlene Hall,
Accounts Executive: Recruitment

Charlene has a knack for matching the best-suited candidates to a company’s requirements. So much so, that her rise to a Recruitment Accounts Executive has been meteoric. She takes care to know her clients, their working environment and company culture, she also takes time to understand candidates’ ambitions to perfectly align with professional objectives.

Lauren has attained a National Diploma in HR which has given her the necessary skills, competence and 5 years of experience in recruitment in Exousia to head up recruitment. Recruitment process is a process of identifying the jobs vacancy, analyzing the job requirements, reviewing applications, screening, shortlisting and selecting the right candidate and more importantly to match the best suited candidates to our clients recruitment requirements. Lauren’s strengths are exactly this. Lauren’s heart is to take care of our clients, understand the company culture by understanding the company’s culture. Parallel to this is our candidates career ambitions and she is passionate about taking time to perfectly align with their professional objectives.
